On Friday 16th May the Businessmen of Thanet held a dinner at the Pavilion, Broadstairs to raise funds for the Prostate Cancer Support Association Kent. The amount raised was £11,860 which was truly fantastic.
The event was organised by Gary Lambert from Complete Roofing and Ian Griffiths from P&G Scaffolding. The master of ceremonies was the amazing Philip Thorley of Thorley Taverns. The guest speaker was Neil (Razor) Ruddock. Philip organised an auction and the Thanet Businessmen were very generous and raised thousands of pounds.

Malcolm was able to explain the work of the Prostate Cancer Support Association in raising funds for Kent Hospitals, men’s health and recent developments in the treatment of Prostate Cancer. Neil talked about his life as a football star and TV personality.
