Prostate Cancer is the most common cancer in the UK. PCSA Kent support men women and families in Kent that have been affected by it. Included in that aim we try to bring awareness to everyone’s attention by means of reaching out on a mostly monthly basis by visiting local venues and setting up a visual presence to invite people to take one of our leaflets which explains what to do if they have any concerns and also to offer any personal views on our own experiences.
Our next outreach session will take place at the Tesco Superstore in Dover on Friday the 21st of November between 10.00am and 4.00pm. We will be happy to speak to anyone who has any concerns about prostate cancer themselves or any family members or friends. We cannot and will not give any medical advice but can tell you about our own experiences and point you in the right direction to obtain professional help.
We look forward to seeing you on the day, but if you are unable to attend then please do not hesitate to contact us or even drop into our monthly meeting at The Old Gate Inn, 162-164 New Dover Rd, Canterbury CT1 3EL (check for directions on Google maps). This is immediately next to the New Dover Road Park and Ride. Meetings are held on the last Wednesday of every month – except December – from 10.00am until 12.00 noon.
